We Weave Together | WEAVING GATHERING

"We Weave Together" was originally developed as monthly online weaving gatherings to connect Aboriginal Yinaar weavers from regional and remote NSW throughout the pandemic.

From these humble beginnings the network of Yinaar has grown and expressed their desire to me gather in person which is where this gathering on Gumbaynggirr country was born.

We Weave Together, Weaving Gathering is more than an event; it's a weaving journey that intertwines culture, skill, and community. Be part of this cultural exchange, where threads of raffia meet the product of modern connectivity, creating a fabric of unity that stretches across the vast landscapes of regional and remote New South Wales.
